The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and are very active in the audio/video online community. Prices are competitive, and they're more than willing to work out a deal with their customers. I worked with Brian on a projector/screen bundle, and between the deal he was able to make, the near instant communication, knowledge and support of the product, and the speed at which my delivery arrived, I'd do business with them again without hesitation.

The people at projector screen are knowledgable, easy to work with and want their customers to be very happy with their purchase. After the sale they stay with you to resolve any and all issues or concerns. I was confused regarding the choices of projection screen TV's - especially living in NH with no options for viewing an actual unit. After several calls to places that sold ultra short projection systems, the technical information regarding options I was considering was the most helpful from the people at projector screen. They helped me focus on the unit that would most satisfy my large screen viewing goals. I purchased a Hisense 120L9G, which to my delight arrived at my door the day after ordered it. I am as impressed with the clear, crisp and very large images on my new screen as I was with the attention to customer satisfaction.
