Spoke to members of BB's Magnolia crew around 2 months ago, and they noted end of August before I could get an Epson LS12000. While on Reddit and avsforum, I asked and answered questions on the unit with all the members, and I kept running into Brian @ ProjectorScreen. He was funny, respectful and knowledgeable. After several conversations, and looking at his company's website, and looking at his YouTube videos, he noted he would be getting a replacement unit for review and that his team sold a lot of Epsons products allowing them to often get stock. Felt like a friend who was looking out for me then a salesman pushing product ( he even answered questions while he was on vacation).. He and his wonderful staff fulfilled my dream to get my LS12000 to me on my birthday, within 35 days time from ordering, even giving me some popcorn for my 1st movie night. Anyone reading this should just put yourself in these guys hands, and they will take care of you in a way that makes you know that they will be the 1st place to go when the next piece of technology is calling to your wallet.
