ProjectorScreen was outstanding. It started with the bundle they offered which knocked 10% off the total price. I wound up getting every component of my theater setup from them. Projector, screen, receiver, and all the speakers. I worked with David S. and he was very courteous and knowledgable. And when there were issues with my bank and paying for the order, both he and Norah were extremely patient and understanding. On top of all of that, the shipping was ultra-fast. Once the components were in, they were at my door in two days! I have nothing but raves for ProjectorScreen and would and will recommend them to anyone!

These guys are the best. I had a bad experience getting a screen shipped and arriving damaged from Amazon, but they offered help even though I didn't buy it from them. I ended up buying the same 12' projector screen from them and it was packaged much better with no damage at all.

This company is terrific! I purchased initially on Amazon for a screen for a client. I ended up cancelling it after I found out that the customer wanted a different one. We went ahead and cancelled the transaction and at the same time David convinced me that a specific screen would be much better and was willing to help me on the re-stocking fee. This was huge for me as I wanted to make my customer happy. We ended up getting a much better screen. Unfortunately, we needed it by a certain time frame and the company that makes the screens messed up the order and I was in quite a pickle with my client. After all that I spork to the Owner, Brian, and I have to tell you we spent about an hour on the phone and ended up helping me out with the situation and getting a MUCH better screen for around the same price. He was very helpful in my decision and very helpful in making sure it came and on time. We ran into little to no issues with the install but these guys were there every step of the way to make sure it went flawless. I highly recommend these guys for all Projector/Screen needs. I will be using them in the future.
