These guys and gals at Projector Screen are a real pleasure to work with. I've been working on my home theater for 20 years, and have had dealings with "A Lot" of audio and video suppliers, and Projector Screen is among the best. I ordered a new projector but after 5 weeks of delay (due to the manufacturer, and through no fault of Projector Screen), I cancelled my order. They made this very easy to do quickly and without any hassles. Then I decided to replace my order (because I couldn't get the projector I wanted elsewhere...everybody was waiting for this projector). Then I decided to get a different projector thru a supplier I've done business with for 10 years, so I cancelled my order again, and Projector Screen was just as professional and courteous again. Shortly after I ordered the other projector, Projector Screen called and told me they have 1 of the projectors I really wanted and that I could have it if I wanted it, and I did. It was delivered quickly and well packed, even with a couple of complimentary popcorn containers and popcorn. I highly recommend the guys and gals at Projector Screen.
