I had done my whole 2 year braces experience here. The whole time they kept the same staff just so I felt comfortable. They were understanding about timing and my unstable schedule and the overall complications I have that affect how they treat me. Overall very accommodating, welcoming, and warming. I even got pregnant within my process and they seen the baby grow! It was a very heartwarming experience. After my braces, they quickly provided me with a retainer!

I have utilized this service over a three year period and I am very satisfied. Their professionalism is outstanding.

Such great service! Was in and out for my wisdom teeth and the dentist prescribed me medicine so I wouldn't be swollen. Were very clear in cost as well

I have only good things to say about Dr. Park and his staff at Smile Builder. His front staff is always smiling and get you feeling at ease as soon as you walk through the front door. I appreciate that they are always respectful of my time and get me in to the exam room within minutes of my arrival. Daisy the hygienist is incredibly gentle and thorough with my cleaning, she even took the time to explain to me how my dental health has improved over the last year and a half (no doubt thanks to their work and guidance). Lastly, Dr. Park is always a pleasure to interact with. He also takes the to explain what he will be doing, putting me at ease. I can tell he prioritizes his patients comfort as he makes sure that you are pain free before he proceeds with any work he needs to do on you and checks in regularly as he works. Grateful for the work Dr. Park has done on my teeth to keep them healthy and increasing their longevity! The last one is a bonus but I love that you can schedule appointments via text (I presume once you are a returning patient). As a busy gal, having the option to quickly respond to a text message is so convenient and allows me to schedule my appointment on time! All that to say, thank you Smile Builder!

My daughter C. went for a cleaning to Smile builder and as always she was very impressed with the nice job and how people treat her very professionally, she always say she feel is satisfied. Around family, the cleaning was fast and no pain.

I moved to riverside and really needed a good dentist to take my kids and myself! They made my 11 year old feel so welcomed and were so nice to her. The girl in the reception was so knowledgeable and helpful, all staff was great the dentist was so nice and took care of 2 cavities in less than 30min. This will be my dentist from now on!

Great place for emergency crowns. Very friendly and very good customer service. Would recommend them for any dental work needed.

Staff is friendly & professional. As a new patient everything was taken care of (information for billing & treatment) all in one day. Preparing for implant crowns, took X-rays, & teeth cleaning. One more visit & I’m done for the year. Pricing is very reasonable & this office is beautiful & has private rooms/work areas.

Dr. Park and his staff are very professional, warm and understanding. I have a fear of the dentist and they put me right at ease. Dr. Park explains everything he is going to do. I have never felt at ease with any other dentist.

Smile Builder is a fantastic dental office. The dentist is very friendly and personable, and he has a great sense of humor. He is also very knowledgeable and meticulous, and he does a great job of explaining everything in detail. The staff along with Alex is also very professional and courteous, and they make you feel welcome and valued. The office is very clean and comfortable, and they have the latest technology and equipment. I am very happy with the service and the results, and I will definitely be coming back.

I have been searching for a new dentist for a while, gentle was at the top of my list, I saw an ad in a mailer that comes to my house quite often, the doctor in this picture looked so kind that I decided to try their team——- it’s hard to describe how exceptional this guy is, his team is also quite exceptional. I am so impressed by them, I am dropping my dental insurance and signing up with their in-house insurance I guess you would call it —— they call it —— quality care membership, and when I pencil it out it’s actually better than what I had at Delta dental at a much better price..

Everyone here is very nice and Helpful. The Doctor is extremely Patient, and will answer any questions you might have, not to say Miss Dental Hygienist who took care of me, she was very kind and gentel. Dr. Assistant too was kind and very informative pertaining my oral care going forward. Very professional place. Very Nice Front Desk girls too. Attended me right when they say my scheduled visit will be. I didn't have to wait. I recommend this place . Id give it 10 stars if I could.

Excellent place! Got braces here a little over a year ago and the whole experience was great. Doctor helped me stay on track with every visit. I was able to get them off within the time frame I was given. I am very pleased with my results. I will be coming here for my all cleanings. I recommend this place for any kind of dental work.

Best dentist ever! My dad found this place years ago, people are very nice and welcoming. They took good care of my teeth and love the way my teeth looked today. The place is very calming and relaxing. Ms. Alex is my favorite! Me and my sisters love her. She’s nice, sassy, and very gentle with my teeth. Overall, this place is a 10/10.

Found this place last year because husband had a tooth infection. He was able to get an appt right away and thanks to Dr.Park he got it all cleared up. Dr.Park and his staff are all very professional, kind and humble. Their prices are very reasonable and you get what you pay for. They take their time with each visit and double check everything before you’re out the door. Highly recommend!!

July 2023 Great Cleaning, Gentle, Caring staff. So Friendly and knowledgeable. They deal with all the ever changing Insurance guidelines. Love knowing they have my back!! Dec. 2022 Another GREAT vist!! 1st visit and I was nervous. All the staff is so nice. They took the time to help calm my never and explain all my options. They we ready to start treatment same day. Finally feel hopeful that I have found a Dentist that cares !!!

Dr Park is excellent! Daisy was my hygienist and was very thorough. She highlighted an issue and luckily Dr Park was available to do the procedure that same appointment!

Best dentist by far!! Super fast and friendly they don’t make you wait as soon as you go in for your app they see you. Great staff and they explained everything to me and put me at ease. They also participate in the Veteran Community Care. Which is awesome!! I checked out other dentists that participate in the program and they were a no go for me. I can’t thank Smile Builder Dental enough for participating in program. I seriously recommend them.
