4 years agoThe entire team was very pleasant and understanding. The management team explained the breakdown of everything financially. Alex, the dental nurse, was very pleasant and took a genuine interest in patient care. Dr. Park is just awesome and very attentive to answering all questions. In addition, he does excellent work. I would definitely recommend.

2 months agoLosing a star because the receptionist was so rude and acted like i was bothering her by asking questions. The dentist and his assistant were great though.

5 months agoFirst appointment was impressive. The place is very clean. The staff are friendly, compassionate, and accommodating. They listened to my concerns attentively. And the dentist, very thorough. He explained my options very well. I forgot to mention that I have a medication that may be a contraindication for the treatment plan I have chosen. Thank you for the dentist excellent history taking skill that I remembered about it. I recommend, revising your online medication list. There is very limited space to put in medications.

2 years agoBraces and Dental Care Provided at Smile Builder Dental. Professional and friendly check-in staff (rate 5 stars). Alejandra 5 plus star rating. She made the experience comfortable with interpersonal communication skills. 4 Star due to some discomfort with one of the Dental Hygienist communication practices.

2 years agoStaff was friendly and I was able to get x-rays, a deep clean, fitted for whitening trays and fix a chipped tooth all in the same day!
