Referred here for a root canal. Staff was very thorough and informative. I felt comfortable and respected. I didn’t need the procedure but the doctor was very patient and caring. I’d definitely return if I ever need future work.

The only negative thing I have to say is that the front staff, the receptionist and another girl that sits in the front, were kind of rude and lacked understanding. They appeared upset whenever I talked to them and somewhat condescending. It could have been situational, considering that it can be stressful verifying insurances and talking to people and such, but they also seemed annoyed when I apologized and told them that due to my work hours on graveyards, i may not get a hold of them because my sleep time is their work hours and I’m working while the office is closed. Otherwise the staff that did the actual patient care was great! Daisy, the dental hygienist is top notch. I love her! My teeth felt amazing after she cleaned them and she truly worked very hard at what she did. I did not get Dr. Park this time around, but I believe I talked to a Dr. Zhang, whom was wonderful. He was super sweet and knowledgable.

I looked for previous good reviews for a dentist and found excellent reviews for this location. They did not disappoint. Starting from the front desk, staff and the dentist were amazing. I would definitely recommend them. The dentist explained each process and were gentle.

One of the best experiences I have had at the dentist, I got a root canal preformed and the Dr was gentle and professional! Explained everything and kept me at ease!!! I didn’t feel anything while the procedure was being performed! They have awesome music in the background and let’s not forget the incredibly friendly and professional staff! Great experience, stuff is very friendly and quick. The best thing about this dentist office is that you are able to make appointment via text. When they text you that your cleaning is due, you can simply reply to the text and make an appointment. Great service.

I had done my whole 2 year braces experience here. The whole time they kept the same staff just so I felt comfortable. They were understanding about timing and my unstable schedule and the overall complications I have that affect how they treat me. Overall very accommodating, welcoming, and warming. I even got pregnant within my process and they seen the baby grow! It was a very heartwarming experience. After my braces, they quickly provided me with a retainer!
