I just had my first exam with Dr. Rubinov and had the best cleaning I’ve ever had! I felt so taken care of in the whole clinic from the front with Jonathan and April to the assistant Jasmine. April took care of all the troubles I had with my insurance and it felt so nice. Didn’t have to worry about anything! I’m so grateful they are so close to my neighborhood and I will recommend them to everyone who is looking for a kind dentist with kind employees who do a thorough job!

I've been coming here for 15-20 years since I was a kid because I'm scared of the dentist. April is the most wonderful inviting receptionist and the glue of the office. Every time I've been in she's warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. I've seen a lot change over my yearly appointments through the years and April is a consistently bubbly sweetheart who I look forward to seeing :)

I love Dr. Thoa and everyone at Issaquah Dental Care. I might be biased though, since this is the only dentist I've seen since I've had teeth, and I am now 24. That being said, I dread the day I become too old to see a pediatric dentist because I'm worried that they won't be as caring and kind as Dr. Thoa. April has been there ever since I can remember as well. It's nice to see familiar faces at every appointment. I wish I had more friends with kids in the Issaquah area so I could recommend them here!

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff is absolutely fantastic and makes you feel so welcome. The vibe is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. I brought my son here they went above and beyond to accommodate his special needs, and after being with another dentist for five years, I felt confident enough to make the switch and I’m so glad I did. This office goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. Not having insurance I don’t feel like I was taken advantage of and so thankful they have wellness plans to have no excuse to keep my teeth clean. We absolutely love it here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing dental experience for yourself, family, children or friends!

Super nice staff. Dr. Scott is great, and Kevin, who helped with scans and other things. It was a great couple of visits, and my entire family now comes here, including my daughter, who is getting braces. Don't forget about the staff at the reception/front desk. I have been visiting Issaquah Dental Care for more than 14 years and am very happy/satisfied with all services and care received from them during all this time. My teeth, thanks to them, are in good shape, so visits are a breeze! :) Sarah Clark is very professional, warm, and provided good advise on how to keep things in place and healthy. She has been my go to person for almost two years and I am very happy with her. Dr. Okino is always ready to help, assess, and provide the right advise on how to proceed. Having said that, if you are looking for a place not only to fix/take care of your teeth, but also to feel welcome, and to keep your teeth healthy for the long run, Issaquah Dental Care is definitively your place!

Dr. T is incredible with kids. My daughter (who is autistic) had to get her first filling. Her fears always have to do with smell, taste and sound- Dr. T did a great job explaining everything to her before doing it. Stella said she will be telling all of her friends to come here for their filings

Literally the best experience at a dentist we've ever had. April was so sweet and helpful getting my wife in to see someone and deal with our conplex insurance. Dr Scott explained his thought process very well and was able to help us figure out what was going on. I didnt catch her name but the assistant went above and beyond to make my wife comfy and had such a fun personality and energy. If you're looking for an awesome local dentist, they are definitely worth a look

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Thoa and her assistant Paola. I came in for Botox and an ortho consultation due to severe TMJ, and I was honestly nervous at first. But Dr. Thoa immediately made me feel comfortable, she’s not only knowledgeable but also super sweet and funny, which really helped ease my anxiety. Paola was just as wonderful,kind, and supportive the whole time. After the Botox and during the consult, I actually started feeling relief in my jaw, which I wasn’t expecting so quickly. I truly felt cared for and heard throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend!

Dr. Thoa has been working on my family’s oral health for more than 15 years now and she is the best around. She tells it like it is but gets results. She’s technically skilled and it doesn’t hurt that she has small hands to get in there and get the job done with no pain. The whole staff in her office is very professional, and respects Dr. Thoa, you can tell that she hand picks a team that she can develop and have fun with. My kids are excited to visit and look forward to their appointments. Highly recommended from a father of 4.

My 11yo daughter had to have 2 teeth extracted and was very nervous about the appointment. It went amazingly smoothly and she was probably in the chair for all of 25 minutes. Dr Thoa and her team are always great but this appointment was notably good even by their high standards.
