Replaced front and back tires with tubes and did Service Level 2 package on my Giant - Sedona bike (which I purchased as a second hand bike from David's World Cycle before it became Trek)...after the tire replacement and bike service packages my bike rides really smoothly, quietly and stops very quickly after the adjusting of both disc brakes. Very happy with the service rendered and the reasonable cost for services performed.

I needed to try a bike sit on it I saw they had it online so I took a trip to the store… they were not busy but I walked in was greeted right away mechanic was busy at work… and I told the sales person forgot his name really nice new his stuff I asked if I could try out the 54 checkpoint they had he grabbed it down talked me through it we debated size cause I am in between a 56 and 54 but 54 was perfect wouldn’t have know without them thanks guys

Best bike shop!!! Christmas Eve, and I needed a bike to be put together last minute. Called, and Tyler at the shop told me to come right in. Assembled it in less than an hour, and then wouldn’t even let me pay him for doing so. This was a bike they didn’t carry or I would have purchased from them, and even though they didn’t sell this Particular bike, they had no Hesitation and helping me. I cannot recommend this store enough and will will continue to buy every bike and biking needs from this store.

Came in after two bikes destroyed by a uhaul carrier, and these guys were AMAZING in how they took care of us, and got us back on our rides. Have purchased two bikes, and had several more serviced here, and to say they're the best, is an understatement. The energy alone is enough of a reason to go here...you'll literally feel better, while you're bike's being serviced or getting a new bike as well. And Tyler is the best. If I could give this shop 10 stars I would!

I just purchased a brand new Trek Bicycle from this establishment, and I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall sales experience. The technician was exceptionally knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about the bike riding hobby. He helped me pick out the right size frame for what I was looking to do, and he gave me a lot of insights and suggestions. And I'm extremely happy with the Trek Bicycle itself, which is a very high-end bike that rides like no other. I have owned many high and bicycles, and Trek is by far the best brand name out there.

I took my bike in for a free level 1 maintenance and when I went to pick it up, they said they ended up doing a level 2 service and put on a new chain at no charge. You can't beat that! Plus the turn around was fast and they contacted me as soon as they had completed so I only missed on day riding.
