My recent visit to Periodontic Associates of Port Huron was excellent! Dr. Patel and the staff are very kind and friendly. Everyone is cooperative and helpful; they answered all my questions thoroughly. Both doctors are doing an excellent job and I trust them with my dental care.

I had a tooth extraction with Dr. Patel. Dr Patel did an awesome job getting my tooth out. Feeling ok day after.
The car wouldn’t start when it was time to leave so the doctor Jason Souyias had jumper cables and came out to get us started. Wow!
We are so grateful to Dr. Souyias and the office staff for their kindness.

Kathy was very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain my insurance coverage as it pertains to my specific case.

Very pleased from the first counseltation to the end of the procedure. All staff members were very friendly, professional, full of energy and always smiling. I've never had any issues with my teeth so I was a little nervous about a tooth extraction and bone graph, but I wasn't even sore the next day so they must've been pretty gentle. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need work done again.

In a healthcare world where patients are a number and appointment times are mere guidelines, Periodontic Assoc/Dr Souyias stands heads and tails above the rest. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always on time, and COVID precautions are taken seriously. I was referred to Dr Souyias for a tooth extraction; after a dentist and an endodontist were unable to fill a cavity. During the initial exam, Dr Souyias asked if I knew my front teeth were loose as a result of untreated TMJ. (something neither of the other drs brought to my attention). Dr Souyias referred me to an out-of-county orthodontist to treat the TMJ. I returned to Dr Souyias a few years thereafter for an implant to replace the tooth that was extracted. My TMJ is gone, my teeth are healthy and it’s all thanks to Dr Souyias expertise.

This office by far exceeds all expectations for dental care. From the initial consultation to the final x-ray appt. every person you encounter including the Doctor is friendly, kind, professional, eager to answer all questions/concerns to put the patient at ease.

From the first encounter with the staff of Peridontic Associates of Port Huron it was professional and warm receptive environment. During the unreasonable and ignorant “Plandemic’s Government interventions” too many medical operations worried about the restrictions and lost sight of the client/patient/customers! Having had that rude and greedy attempt perpetrated on me I was guarded, but assured by my long trusted dentist that this was the opposite. It was beyond my expectations! As an experienced business service provider the organization and well mannered professionalism I received was exceptional! Every base was covered in detail! It felt like family by time I reached my consultation! I can confidently say that the major dental work I have ahead of me is welcome and without fear or trepidation! I know everything to expect in the days & months ahead including the exact costs. Excellence and teamwork are a beautiful thing to observe & partake in anytime!

The whole office is very polite and professional. I don't really like be at the dentist office but I always felt very relaxed here. I would highly recommend this office and I have to several people.

I cannot recommend Periodontic Assoc. enough. Not only are both doctors incredible, but the entire office staff is far and away the kindest group of women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nobody wants to have a tooth pulled…nobody, but somehow this gem in Port Huron manages to make the entire experience not only painless, but actually pleasant. It’s an hour drive for me to get to their office and it’s worth every second of it!
