I recently got a bike used and it quickly popped a tire so I brought it to the nearest bike shop to me to get some repairs. New to the hobby I didn't know what i was getting into but Matt took amazing care of me. He answered all my questions, talked me through all the things to look for, what my bike needed and worked hard to try to save me money. After picking my bike up there was still a small issue so I brought it back and again Matt was quick to teach me about what was wrong and they made sure to make it right. I'm super excited about getting into the hobby in no small part to the experience that I had here. Thanks again to Matt and everyone on the service team!

This bike shop was excellent. I went in for a tire for my baby’s stroller. I called to check to see if they had the proper size. David took my call and he placed me on a brief hold to find out if they had the correct size. After he found it, he said they could even change it for me. When I got there I asked for David who directed me to the man who fixed my tire! I’m sorry that I forgot his name but he was efficient, quick and friendly. So if you need a new bike, equipment or even a tire, please keep this place in mind! Thanks guys of this store for helping an exhausted working mother who needed her 7 month old’s stroller fixed!

Spoke to Matt and the technician both are excellent and are very knowledgeable. This store is my favorite ❤️ I had a two year old Verve 2 and I upgraded the breaks to Dot oil instead of the mineral oil breaks with new calipers and wow new bike feeling again. Thank you
