Everything. The manager Matt Greenwald really runs a courteous, professional, efficient, informative, and at the same time friendly business. I am quite certain that Matt sets the tone for all staff to listen well to assess customer needs, and then find the best fit. The service and sales are extra-ordinary. I am so pleased with the level of customer service I received at Trek Westchase. I came in right before closing for a simple sealant-clogged valve replacement, and Brian discovered that my front brake was completely inoperable. He took the time to troubleshoot and fix my brake so that I could get onto my ride that evening. Had I not come in, I wouldn’t have discovered that until too late and not been able to ride. Brian really did a thorough job checking above and beyond what I asked him to and I am so appreciative. Thank you Trek Westchase!

Great experience shopping for a new bike! I had a rather specific idea of what I wanted in terms of budget and groupset, and Matt helped me find the right bike without making me feel like I should exceed my budget or choose a model I wouldn't be comfortable with. Their inventory was much better than in a couple of stores I first went to (finding a small-frame hybrid is not that easy). Even though this time I needed to stick to an entry-level bike, I very much appreciated learning about other options that would match my riding and fitness goals, and just getting an overall sense of the current bike market. Once I am ready to upgrade again, I will happily return to this store, and I am glad I live nearby so that I can rely on them for service.
