This is hand down one of the best Trek stores I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to many. When I tell you every single member of this store is absolutely so kind, knowledgeable, and patient, I truly mean it.
Huuuge shoutout to Heather for her amazing customer service. She spent probably 3 hours with me when I initially bought the bike. I’ve been back multiple times for service upgrades, and these folks make me feel like family. So incredible. Trek's support and unmatched customer service is one of the reasons I went with another Trek over S-Works or Cervelo.

Everything. The manager Matt Greenwald really runs a courteous, professional, efficient, informative, and at the same time friendly business. I am quite certain that Matt sets the tone for all staff to listen well to assess customer needs, and then find the best fit. The service and sales are extra-ordinary.
