I bought a Marlin 4 Gen. 2. The staff were extremely nice and made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase. I had my bike upgraded to a 21 speed and they had it ready to go when I came back to pick it up! I would recommend this bike shop to anyone! Thank You Trek New Hartford. Trek bikes has been taking care of my family and I for a few years now. They’re New Hartford, New York store location has superior customer service. We have purchased 4 bikes “so far” and Continue to get them serviced annually to ensure another great riding season. They are very knowledgeable and meticulous in their craft. We Wouldn’t want anyone else working on our bikes and investments. And they also able to work on other off brand bikes we have now also which is Very cool. Trek for the win!
