I brought my recumbent bike in for service. Overall, I was very satisfied with the work done and the staff working there (very knowledgeable and willing to give explanations).......much more superior to my last service at a different bike store. The only concern was the seating of the new tires. Even after a second attempt, they were a little off. I was told that after riding that they might correct themselves. Hopefully either that happens, or, if not, there will be no lasting negative effect. So far my bike is riding and handling like new. I will not hesitate to return for future services.
