We have bought two adult bikes , a kids bike and now recently a new bigger kids bike. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a bike , our trek bikes are absolutely beautiful and high quality but also the service at trek is top notch ! Recently Jess helped us measure our child to see what bike suited us best and on a subsequent day Gavin helped us choose which bike to chose as our child is right between sizes . In the end Gavin made some little adjustments on the bigger bike and a bit of a judgement call to push ahead with the bigger bike which has been a raging success. Both were so lovely, friendly and also provided solid advice. Thanks guys !
