Amazing experience that is expensive but well worth every penny. From the service, skyline scenery, atmosphere, live jazz music, and most importantly, the food and drinks, I loved all of it and had the best night out in New York on this cruise!
If you're looking for a classy, romantic date night, Bateaux is sure to impress. I would love to come back to NY and do this again

I Celeste, celebrated my 49th birthday aboard the Bateaux NYC on Saturday 10/20/18 I took the 7p.m. dinner cruise..I want to say my great experience started with calling Entertainment Cruises and I spoke with (Detric Butler ) Detric was very friendly, professional and most importantly very knowledgeable about the Bateaux he made the whole transaction extremely easy Thank You Detric....Then when you go to the box office to collect your tickets (Lakeisha) greets you with a smile and provides you with directions in a nice tone because tone and volume is everything in customer service..then boarding from the gentlemen who collected the tickets to inform you to watch your step and assisting by extending their hands to help you aboard especially us heels wearing people..I enjoyed the ambiance the lighting piano player as you board..then my server (Julia) who was so prompt and professional your service to our table was gentle and kind I appreciate your time..(Julia )I want to say Thank-You Thank-You very much...Then I MUST take the time to give( Adrian) the floor Manager the biggest shout out ever you are absolutely marvelous you did your homework you knew my name very good move when dealing with the customers/passengers he presented me with a bouquet of flowers when my Husband didn't kudos for that..I appreciate you being attentive, and very professional with a touch of friendliness my birthday celebration was great thanks to your contribution..and to the chef I loved the food just the right seasoning...timing was perfect as each course came out..to the bartender the drinks were good as I love Bellinis..the cake I had the salted caramel I didn't like however, my Husband's butter cake was good..then the singer/performer I believed she did the best she could but it just didn't work for me..Then when the night ends I like the fact that the staff greeted the guests with warm baked chocolate chips cookies what a way to end the night..the staff from the beginning to making the call to assuring you depart safely are absolutely Wonderful.. Wonderful Thanks again to each and everyone of you Julia and Adrian made my night..Thank You Celeste Stewart
