Tried the Bateaux NY cruise with my mom. Would highly recommend Mr. SWAN (associate director). He is the best, very accomodating, excellent excellent service, tries his best to provide you with the best experience. You wont regret it.

We used them to book our visit to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The process was easy and our ticket, though timed, allowed us to go at an earlier time..
Security was thorough. easy and quick. Boarding was surprisingly quick given the amount of people. I’m not sure of the time schedules but all three times we queued we were able to board on the docked boat. The ride was very smooth and the views from the deck, though crowded, were great!

The BEST experience ever! We had a small dockside wedding ceremony followed by a brunch cruise celebration .. from the service, to food, to ambiance.. 10 out of 10! The captain even allowed us in his chamber.. so cool! Thanks city cruises for making our magical day extra special ✨️

So we went on the dinner cruise on the 30 April 2023 the staff there were the most amazing people that treated us with care and laughter and just made sure we were ok all the time. Highlight even though was raining was the band playing New York as we went under the Brooklyn Bridge and seeing the Statue of Liberty. If it wasn’t raining the manager was going to take us to the top deck for a private New York skyline show . Would go back in a heart beat, loved it. Don’t hesitate worth every penny .
