I booked a cruise through a third party (Viator) and they screwed it up. I came all the way from Houston and thought the day was ruined. Spirit Cruises fixed the problem, smiled while they fixed it and understood why I was upset. I can’t say enough about their customer service and hospitality. Thank you, thank you, thank you. My father really wanted to do this and instead of it being a disaster, they made it great. I would like to single out Tatiana (sorry if I spelled that wrong) she was great, and fixed everything all while smiling. Much appreciated.

Took my mother for her birthday. First time ever in a cruise. Enjoyed the views and was soo close to the statue of liberty. Staff members were super attentive and welcoming. Will definitely be back. The food was really good too. Drinks were perfect.

I am giving this Cruise five stars because the cruise is a very nice Cruise great entertainment I go on this Cruise every year with my building and the only thing I can say right now is that the quality of the food has gone down you can eat as much as you want but it's not as good as it was before but it's still a good cruise for the price I would go again.
