Impressive space!

Did the dinner cruise. Cruise was great. Food was flavorful. I just didn’t know that the initial appetizers and drink was not covered in the tickets. My oversight, i guess. Nevertheless, was a great experience. Went by the statue of liberty. One of the crew members did mention we would be going beneath three bridges and then swinging by the statue, but we didn’t do that. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. We did the Sunday cruise and am not sure if it is every sunday that they do this, but they stopped by Jersey to pick a few passengers as well. So some lost time.

Overall, recommended. Better than expected food with great service and of course, outstanding New York views.

In my opinion things should be better. Maybe I spoiled myself visiting other places but still…
We were family, 3 persons and we didn’t received any single meal together. Also we purchased 1st class experience and we didn’t get our presents. Handling fees are extremely high, we thought that tip will be included in them but unpleasant surprise was that it was not. Just my point of view: almost $200 for handling fees is way too expensive for just a fees.
Otherwise ship is really nice and cozy. Route is also unforgettable experience. Band was playing really nice music.

My girlfriend and I had a great dinner cruise on the Bateaux. It's a beautiful ship, basically a glass encased dining room on a long deck. There is a fun band that plays jazz and popular hits. You go down the Hudson to the Brooklyn Bridge and then to the Statue of Liberty. The food is only OK. Not distinguished fare in any way, but serviceable given the celebratory atmosphere. The service is excellent. They go out of their way to make it a special occasion. I would heartily recommend this to anyone, tourist or local. Getting out on the water is a great way to experience the romance and beauty of the city.

The experience was great and we got several really nice pictures. The food was good but it wasn’t very hot. Just kind of warm. The band did their best and left us laughing with their song choices. It was great way to spend our anniversary. Just keep in mind that you are paying for the pictures and sightseeing not the best food, although the food was good quality. Just need to be warm.

La embarcación es muy bonita con amparos transparentes que permiten apreciar las hermosas vistas a atardecer.
Tiene una hermosa cubierta con sillones que permiten con comodidad disfrutar la misma.
La música en vivo a bordo le da una magnífica ambientación al paseo.
Lo que no está a la altura es la atención de los camareros, en cualquier otro restaurant de New York City la atención es más amable y personalizada.

This cruise was absolutely amazing, nothing can take away the beauty that is New York. The food was delicious. Getting to keep the glasses is a plus considering the price of drinks. Service is slow, our waiter was not on top of it, but there was staff that was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this cruise.

What a lovely experience!! I cruised with two girlfriends celebrating my birthday on the Bateaux dinner cruise. The weather was a cool evening but we still went outside to watch the skyline and snap a few pictures. The food and drinks were very good. The live band sang songs at a nice level so you were still able to have a conversation.
