I had an amazing experience celebrating my anniversary last night - we went on the "celestial", their long glass enclosed boat, for a dinner cruise and it was phenomenal.
The food was delicious and fresh, every course felt like high quality, and the pacing was nice, about one course each hour. The cruise was lovely, getting to see all the way up to midtown on the west side, going underneath the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges on the east side, and an extended stay at the statue of liberty.
Service was also great and it was clear staff cared deeply about your experience. You could also at any time walk outside on either end of the boat to check out the view and atmosphere.
The only reason I'm not giving a full 5 stars is that I felt the price was somewhat too high. We paid a little less than $200 each, for a total of $400, which personally felt about $100 too much for the value. Alcoholic drinks were not included - they would've been for an additional $65, which we ended up paying anyway for about 4 drinks total.
