(Review copied from my Yelp account from May 2012)
Groupon deal for 3-hour dinner cruise (purchased August 2010) - I heard good reviews from family and friends, so I quickly bought this deal while planning my 30th birthday.
The coordinator was very friendly when we called to reserve our spots and helped us order a soft drinks package for an additional fee. There was parking at the pier and it was easy to pick up our tickets once we arrived. The line was orderly and it didn't take long to get settled at our assigned tables. Since my group had 3 tables, we were able to have a small section to ourselves, which was nice. We were able to enjoy the view from where we sat and also braved the cold to enjoy the view outside. There were also photographers available to take professional pictures that we were able to purchase if we wanted.
Dinner was buffet style and there was a variety of food (salads, bread, veggies, meat, and fish). I don't remember much about dessert since we brought a cake of our own. The staff was very nice in accommodating us.
There was a small dance floor, which was a bit slippery in my opinion. It was also in between the food and our tables, so it was a difficult to walk around when people were on the dance floor. The staff performed as well and was very entertaining.
We were able to get dolled up, forget everything, let loose, and just had fun together. It was a great experience for a special occasion. I would recommend everyone try it at least once.
