We took a night dinner experience.
Obviously the city views are amazing and it does the job to impress you.
If to talk about the amount of $$$ for the food & service… here’s a BIG NO!
We paid $500 for 2 people. When you pay this amount of money for the dinner in NYC the service should be excellent, l do have an experience from high end restaurants to compare.
No one would refill my water glass on time, they forgot to serve our desert till l reminded about it. Server brought the desert but no forks. Had to wait to catch a waiter again and wait for those forks.
Overall service experience is 1star as for this amount of money you can go to a Michelin star restaurant and get amazing service.
Need to work on service!
But definitely loved the live music band and the city, food was good too.

Estuve en el crucero cena Bateaux en Nueva York el día de mi cumpleaños 3 de septiembre.
Lo mejor, la vista, el paseo de 3 horas por el Hudson apreciando postales nocturnas de NY impresionantes.
La comida rica, pero no espectacular.
Lo que no me gustó, es que al reservar y comprar te preguntan qué celebras, en mi caso respondí mi cumpleaños, pero no hicieron nada, ni un saludo, ni una flor, ni una vela, absolutamente nada, para eso, mejor NO PREGUNTEN.
Lo otro malo, el aire acondicionado, vayan muy abrigados porque ponen el aire a 30 grados bajo cero, quizás para que te tomes todo y luego te bajes rápido.

Dinner cruise is def not worth the price. Buffet style food features mash potatoes, ziti, sesame chicken, corn, salad. Let’s talk about the drinks. I can understand liquor not being included but to charge me $8 for a fountain drink after I’ve already paid $120 to be here is crazy. They also charge you for the simple syrup in lemonade. Like seriously? I felt Nickel and dimed for everything. Lastly parking at the pier is $55 which again is a bit steep to me. If I’m paying $120 to go on this cruise that you are then going to nickel and dime me for at least give me a break on parking. I’m not saying it should be free (Maybe $15-$25) but $55 on top off everything else is a lot . Overall we had fun but I just don’t think it’s worth the price point. It should be closer to a $70-$100 price point If you’re then going to charge for all the extras and then maybe drop the parking price as well. More than likely won’t be back because of the price but was an evening experience I guess.

OK, the view from the boat is really nice and even as a New Yorker, the New York skyline will always be something to watch in awe. Other than that, it’s a very touristic crowd gathered in a confined space where food is so-so and the vibe quite cheesy. If it’s your first time in New York and you’ve never been to France, maybe you’ll find the experience worthy. But I wouldn’t recommend it to locals.

Not alot of food options but i requested a song that was almost 5 minutes long and they didn't even play more than a minute of it because it was bts boy with luv and played the whole song of everything else

Ok. I paid for all the High End, First Class stuff.
I’d have to admit. For the money I spent? The drinks were absolutely terrible and I had to constantly order a new drink.
They were all very cheap tasting and sweet.
Champagne, wine, rose? Absolutely too too sweet.
Food was good, but not what I expected for the price. Perhaps if the vegetables were fresher I’d be happy with the whole experience.
The views and boat itself was completely incredible. No complaints on that. Staff were on point, and music was lovely.
I just wish the food and drinks were of High Class as I’d expect.
With that being said. I’m never going to pay for a Dinner/Food cruise in NYC again.

I’ve been on this cruise a few times and haven’t really had any issues so far. However, I do feel the boat is outdated and the bathroom could’ve been more clean. The food and music was good.
