Very over rated and expensive. Was a nice time on the water for the views. Since we were with a large party we had a good time. The food was okay. Nothing special. "Live music" was an elderly lady singing and dancing by herself. You pay for the environment. And the drinks were ridiculously expensive and weak. I recommend a party boat instead, with better music and dance area.

Amazing food and a great band are the positive events of the night. The service by Swan was mediocre at best. Our order included champagne and the commerative flutes which they did not give us. We left 20 minutes late because we were waiting on late comers. Our email said we could use our electronic tickets but when we got up to board they said we had to go somewhere else to get a ticket. It was a 3 hour ride which ended at 9pm but most people did not get their food until 8:40. Them they went to the port and sat. The people that sat next to us got the wrong food order twice. While they went out to look at the Statue of Liberty their food was taken.

Overall great experience. Took my girlfriend for her bd. Purchased the base price tickets and purchased drinks on board. However ud think wait staff would be attentive to upsale drinks since thats not included but not at all. I ordered from different waiters at some point because our original waiter would just nit come back. The last round i irdered was at 9:12"i kbow because i checked the time to make sure i had enough time you enjoy it before i ordered it" at 9:45 our waiter showed up with our check but still no drink. The worse of it all i checked my account and my chanrge for drinks is higher then what i signed for. So the waiter added gratuity although i did not tip on my card!! I read other reviews that have had the same done. Very shady, i dont know if the lack of service for us was because we are a young couple and thought we might not care but when your spending close to 400$ ud expect better much better!!

Excellent cruise boat... food poor very expensive for what I got.... Service was good decking for outside pictures was treacherous and slippy Got a great pic done from professional photographer a nice enough evening more explanation of the views

I was here for a private event with Google . It wasn't a particularly fancy trip, but I suppose that's what you make of it. A friend had mentioned that when he had taken the trip, they were trying to keep it a bit classier but the top deck was reserved for a group that was making it a booze cruise. Well, that's what our group was doing. It was pretty fantastic. You can go on the top deck or the front/back decks and enjoy the cityscapes and get some of that, ahem, fresh Hudson air (don't worry, it's not actually gross or anything). I'd just say be a bit cautious of what you choose to wear, ladies. I had a light short skirt that loved to flip upwards when I was in the front of the ship. Next time I'll reevaluate my outfit before a boat ride.

The sailing is awesome but 2 hours is a short time to eat a buffet, dance and see the NYC skyline and Statute of Liberty.
The food is on the cheap side with lots of starches:chicken,mashed potatoes,nasty mac&cheese,fish,pork and a salad. 2 cakes.
The glasses were filthy with old lipstick and to many fingerprints.
Clean ship but it's starting to look worn.
DJ was good and kept the dancing to a good variety of music.
The waiter was not really attentive and all he needed to do was serve beverages.

Not great. Food was okay, atmosphere is good and the ride is good. It’s way over priced. Also getting a drink delivered to you 25 minutes after you order it and 8 minutes before you get kicked off the boat is bad, not to mention it was not what we ordered…

The boat was changed at the last minute, the service was none existent, the food was like warm as was the wine, I would strongly recommend finding an alternative provider

Très déçu de la vue... Un film sur les vitres ne m'a pas permis de profiter pleinement du paysage, le film créant une opacité légère... Je voyais très bien les buildings de l'autre côté du bateau, mais pas de mon côté.
En sachant que j'ai payé un supplément pour être collé à la vitre, vous pouvez comprendre ma déception.
Je mets une 2ème étoile pour le serveur Anton qui était super gentil, très pro, mais dans l'ensemble j'ai été très déçu. Nous avons fait avec ma femme la même croisière à Paris, c'était beaucoup mieux et 2 fois moins cher.

Would not recommend. The 2 stars are for the incredibly friendly staff and host, they do take great and kind care of you. However, everything else on the experience is very low quality. The food is not up to par - at all - with the description of the experience or the price being paid. I mean it’s literally very bad food, the menu doesn’t make sense, the sauce choices, the ingredients, it’s all weird and bad. Would imagine they need to look to make a change in the kitchen or the menu. The live music is also pretty loud, and not exactly worth writing home about. Again, extremely great service, but the rest makes it not worth it.
