Sucked!! The food was sucked, the ambiance was sucked, the day sucked...all around one big sucked experience. It maybe better in the evenings, but certainly the day was sucked. Even the statue of liberty looked Sucked!

I would have expected much more care in the food for the price paid. The staff was semi-friendly although slow at getting drink orders. We sat for an hour before being allowed to eat. Not even bread at the table. If I want to pay hundreds to listen to Latin dance music, i would go Puerto Rico. Not at all friendly to the older crowd. Not worth the price to be trapped and forced to listen to blasting club music.

The staff was slow in getting drink orders and picking up dirty plates. Coffee was not offered (even though it is included in your package). We had to ask and it took about half an hour before we got a cup. Walking down to the restrooms had to be the worse. The steps were littered with tissue and paper. And this was before we even sailed off. It looked like the floors had not been cleaned since the previous sail off. There were many mosquitoes around the tables and food. Not worth the money spent.

I went on April 1, 2016, for the price the food portions were very, small. Also the entertainment was just one person singing, no d.j., no line music, they should upgrade to a buffet style and have a mixture of singing and a d.j. to get people on the dance floor.

Was a little disappointed. As soon as the cruise started the "cruise director" bludgeoned the passengers with music that was way too loud. Could not converse with date at the table without almost yelling. Would have been nicer if we had quiet dining music to start and then kick it into high gear a little later in the cruise. Food was okay & plentiful. Nice views of the city. But all in all I don't think the whole experience was worth the $250 for two. Won't be cruising again on Spirit.

Way over rated. They ask you to dress in dressy atire but the menu style is a buffet. The food is nothing special besides salads, baked pasta, some tilapia or salmon which was probably cheap farm raised. We went with my husband for my birthday, the price was $350 for two people. Dj and music. It was just ok. Very dissapointed at the food and the service.

Really pathetic food and so expensive. And dirty boat. Not worth it. And slow service.
The only good thing is the drinks are very strong and specially as they are very expensive.

Horrible, and at Christmas!
Bad weather meant we had a delay in going to NYC. I contacted this company as soon as I could.. no refund offered at all. Some may think 1 star harsh but complete lack of support brought my mother almost to tears.
We asked to move the date, no.
We asked to pay more to for Christmas day, no.
Will never go, using this company again.
