1. It was freezing cold. Many people asked to be relocated 2. Sloooooow and unresponsive service 3. Food was served at the end of the trip, we were starving. Dessert was served when we were about to leave If you want to enjoy this trip bring something to wear, and don't forget to eat something before boarding

Excessively loud cruises (PA system and music exceeded 115dB). The mentality of the wait staff on the boat was awful: "show me your boarding pass before I serve you a beverage." Sorry, I outgrew such draconian authoritarianism at the ripe age of seven years old. The staff was about as impolite as the run-of-the-mill TSA agent population.

Terrible experience, crew was awful and rude throughout the whole experience. Food was tacky and distasteful, the only thing more tacky then the food was the scenery. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE!

Lets talk about the biggest rip off of my life " The Spirit of New Jersey" This cruise departed out of Chelsea Piers on 10.21.2018 - and I waved it goodbye thanking GOD I got off before it set sail. My group of 3 and I thought it would be a great idea to take a lunch cruise around the city, but think again. This boat was so outdated and gross I could not imagine paying over $100 for it. The smell on the inside of the boat itself was something out of a horror story, but lets make our way to the buffet table. Food sitting out for god knows how long, sitting in a swarm of fruit flies around it. Fantastic. My group and I got off of this boat before it departed because we couldn't imagine dealing with the horror for 2 hours. To add to the despair - these boats are not ADA compliant so they were unable to accommodate a person in a wheelchair. BUT WAIT THERE IS MORE!!!!!! They refuse to give me a refund and will only accommodate me to get BACK on one of these boats. This has got to be the biggest joke of all time. Clyde was combative with me on the phone, and we were unable to come to an understanding. Customer service is obviously not in their category, and whoever is running this joke of a business should really open up their eyes instead of worrying about being a local tourist trap.

absolutely ridiculous! I wanted to make it a special night for a 60th birthday. I was ready to pay for the ticket and upgrade to the unlimited drinks plan. all prices were displayed... I was fine with what I saw. At check out the surprise is THEY MAKE YOU PAY A FUEL & ADMIN FEE so it was almost $80 more. I will never use the cruise b/c they aren't upfront with ALL their fees from the start... I have to make plans get everyone excited tell them we are going and then a check out it's all a different price for ridiculous fees! very upset with this company!

The food was good. The drink prices were ridiculous and the drink itself was watered down! I signed a reciete for 19.50 and gave a cash tip. But for some reason my card was charged 24 dollars. The bathroom had absolutely no ventilation and smelled horrid. Leaving the ship they have warm cookie... that was nice of them...

This is so disconcerting. My daughter and I are flying to NY TOMORROW for an appt at the liver transplant unit at Mt. Sinai Hospital. We booked this cruise weeks ago to create a bright spot for her on this most serious trip. To be called at 6 PM on the night before our trip told that the cruise is cancelled is such poor customer service. My daughter spent so much time picking a special outfit for the cruise. We are terribly upset and disappointed. Mary Ann Reilley
