I celebrated five years of the marriage on what my wife thought was a great idea to spend time and money here. We were poorly mistaken. Reality doesn’t check in until you enter a boat constructed in 1998. If you’re dressing up in a nice suit, prepare for the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect and doesn’t take over until you take your seat. The boiling hot sun heats up the boat. A subway train car has better air conditioning. There are no restrictions on the type of people they will let on the boat, as long as you’re dressed ok. Be prepared to sit next to anyone without borders. Our waitress unfortunately, looked as though she was on the brink of a meltdown. We ordered our food, you only have one choice of food by the way. Very large and vast drink menu. I heard one couple on the table next to us celebrating 45 years of marriage the woman said, “it’s either chicken or you starve”. By the time we got our food, we were sweating so much. Going outside to cool off was not helping. Our cold drinks filled with ice eventually became warm and diluted. The food was delicious and arrived almost in time for the boat to dock into the port. The food almost helped us come down. Pictures were memorable. Staff on the boat was okay. Bathrooms were amazing and something out of a movie. My overall experience was OK. Not great. Don’t celebrate an anniversary here. Maybe a birthday. Maybe go on a date here. I saw one woman sitting alone by herself at a table. Anyway, I hope this review helps.

We boarded this cruise thirty minutes later than we intended to because they changed the time without telling us. When we boarded the boat after standing outside in the freezing cold New York weather, the ship reeked of fish. It took a long time to leave the dock and get the buffet started. There were problems with the speakers from which the music was playing from, the food was mediocre, and the lights kept flickering throughout the night. Halfway through the cruise, four people from my group noticed they had money missing from their purses, around $300, and notified the manager immediately. We also found a trail of change on the ground that came from our group’s purses and the other groups on the boat also noticed that their belongings were missing. The compère was super insensitive and literally blasting music trying to stall and calm people down even though there were people upset and crying because THEIR EMPLOYEES stole money from us. He was also accusing guests of the cruise of stealing the money, saying if they go out to the dance floor and own up they would not get in trouble. The compère didn’t question his staff about the stolen money until most of the guests there said it was the employees that took it. Their employees were the only ones lurking around in that area besides chaperones from our group. This problem took a long time to resolve and no one was allowed off the boat until they could find a solution. I recommend you save your money and and not go on this cruise, it is not worth it to have your money stolen.

It started off awfully! It smelled so bad walking in on the boat and they pushed our time back so they made everyone wait outside in the freezing weather! A TON OF GIRLS GOT STOLEN FROM OVER $400! AND THEY DID NOTHING! ALL THEY DID WAS BLAME US FOR IT!! DONT GO UNLESS YOU WANT A HORRIBLE TIME!!

We went with a big group of girls for our last dinner in the city, and when we arrived they told us that the cruise had been moved back half an hour. After waiting we were seated on the 1st floor which smelled like fish..... Throughtout the course of the night weird things kept happening: we took a really long time to leave the pier, they also took a long time to start on the buffet, the lights would turn on and off, and the stereo stopped working at one point.
After they announced that we were near the Statue of Liberty, one of the girls in our party went to our area and noticed that her purse was completely open and that someone had taken all of her cash out of it. We all check our purses and two more girls were also robbed, the owner and manager were notified and they did very little to help figure out who had stolen over $300 in cash. It got to the point where they just told everyon to get back to the dance floor and to stop worrying about the missing cash.
It wasnt just the people from our party that got money stolen from, other people that were seated on the same floor as us reported missing items as well......

Spirit.Dinner.Cruise. OOOOOOOOHHHH what a experience. My team and I went to this cruise to have a great night for 3 hours. When we get early and the first impression is that they changed the time frame without notifying our travel agent so we had to wait a extra 30 minutes in the freezing cold of New York freaking city. Once we get there you notice it smells like STRAIGHT FISHHH MANNNNN. i swear i was in a fish market for a second, as the night goes on it gets worse and worse. And over $400 got STOLEN from our and other teams personal items; bags and purses, by the STAFF of the freaking cruise. You can legit look at the rest of the reviews from my team because this SUCKED. i wish i could give it a 0/10

When my group walked on it smelled of fish but i didn’t pay it any kind because we were on a boat but it reeked. The food was mediocre. 4 girls out of my group got their stuff stolen.

We had gotten to the pier and we had to wait because they didn't tell us that the time of our cruise changed. We were seated at the front of the boat and were isolated from the other groups. The boat smelled like fish. The bathrooms were flooding and did not look like they were well managed. The lights had flickered a couple times. The stereo randomly stopped working for like a minute or two. At least 3 people from my group had money stolen from them and there were a couple other people from the other groups that had their stuff stolen as well. Over $400 was stolen from all groups. The only people, besides us, that went back to where we were was the waiters. The MC kept blaming the guests for stealing and they didn't question the staff members until more than half of the people eating there said that it was the staff/waiters. The would not inform us as to what was going on. I would HIGHLY not recommend this cruise if you don't want to waste your money.

Worst cruise ever. The food was dry and everything was overpriced. Waiters were awful and they stole money from all the schools there. Didnt get clear views of new york and just overall awful. Never go here. Its dangerous and unsafe and cheats you for your money.
