me and my girlfriend just got out of a lunch cruise with bateaux, and our server, mickey, was attentive and quick. held is composure really well. the girlfriend also left her card on the table and mickey ran from the pier to the street and made sure her card was back in her hands. lifesaver! get this man his raise

We reserved the Spirit of New York for 400 special guests from around the globe. Margaret who took care of our reservations was simply the best and took care of our large group.
The day of the event, July 24, the staff boarded us nicely and in an orderly fashion. Our guests were welcomed with champagne being served upon boarding, what a nice touch!
The food servers/crew on board were polite and attentive, the food was delicious and the views on the Hudson were jaw dropping. It was a fun night with DJ & dancing presented in the last hour, what a nice successful end to our 4-day conference?!
This was a "WOW moment" and everyone had a great time...Thank you so much to Spirit of New York for making this a memorable night for our global guests and we look forward to having another event on board with you.

Phenomenal experience, wonder why we didn’t do it before . The staff was fantastic they made in so special in every single way from start to finish. Food was great , sights were great , music was amazing and fortunately we had the great crowd that night. We really enjoyed dancing.

Beautiful cruise! The atmosphere is very special almost like being at wedding party. You get 360 views no matter where you sit. The staff is friendly and personable, food is delicious and just right.
It was someone’s birthday and everything sang together. There is a pianist very lovely touch, who is also a tour guide.
This is the best classy boat cruise in NYC!

One of the best times of my life!!! I did it for the birthday of my wife, and I thought I messed up because of the fog, but boy was I wrong!!!
Beef tasted like butter, the ride was too smooth, and we’ll never forget this day!!! Thank you to Nichy, he was the server that helped accentuate the ambiance, as well as the band and their beautiful music!!!

Our company recently booked a private dinner cruise for an event around the Hudson and we were blown away how making it was.
First off the tour itself was amazing and just the right timing (6-9). Empire State Building, Intrepid, Freedom Towers and Statue of Liberty were all right in front of you
The food on the cruise was top notch and seating was comfortable and roomy. The upstairs bar was well stocked and the dance floor was actually a good size.
The river can get choppy depending on weather, so make sure any motion impacted guests are prepared

This was an absolutely amazing experience for a 1st time visit to NYC. My husband and I enjoyed every moment of the boat tour. Dinner was delicious with multiple entree options to choose from and the service was spot on. Live music and breathtaking views completed the whole experience. Highly recommended.
