It was very easy to get what I wanted. I liked that I could see the stock levels of my local store online. The Whitfords store also called me and asked me when I would like to have the bike built by. They called me as well to confirm that it was ready to be picked up. Overall just great communication.

Had my Giant bike serviced here a couple of weeks ago. Can't fault the pleasant, helpful friendly service that I received from Ryley. My bike was ready to go way earlier than originally promised having had a service and overhaul, addition of rack and basket and front and rear lights...she's as good as new! Great service. The guys up there were excellent. Went in for a tube and they gave great advice on installation regarding compressors vs pumps. No wonder my tubes were always splitting. Would highly recommend and will continue to shop there Great work guys

The service technicians have a high level of attention to detail. I really liked that they identified I was using a sub-optimal disc rotor (because they were out of stock of good ones when I needed an urgent repair last time) and recommended an upgrade to RT-CL700 for both front and rear, and discounted it since I only got the other one a month ago.

I’m an average runner and casual commute rider. Owned a Trek for some years and like most non cyclists , always think bit of WD40 will make everything perfect! I’m old school!
My bike needed some work , five years without a service!!!
Going to the Trek store at Whitfords the lads are really friendly and knowledgeable. The lads at Trek keep it simple, good advice and very knowledgeable, making the average runner non cyclist , happy to pay for their products and services based on their expert knowledge. I could spend all day in there chatting and I’m no cyclist.
Excellent service and communication, nothing was a problem.

I dropped into to Jordan and crew who were busy on a Saturday afternoon and needed some assistance on my TT bike , Jordan was great and fit me in and got me sorted as I had a race the following day. Always accommodating to everyone I see drop in .

I didn't come in to buy a bike but I did receive 5 star first aid. I stupidly slammed my finger in my car door in the carpark and wandered into your store for some assistance. The young guy that helped me was so kind and sweet - took me out the back so I could sit down and helped dress the finger so I could manage to drive home. I was so grateful as I was definitely in a little bit of shock and pretty far from home. This was nearly 2 years ago now but I wanted to say thank you!!!!
