I really appreciated the customer service I received from the Whitford store. They were quick in processing my order and the bike (X caliber 8) I received had no defect at all. The lady staff at the store was very friendly and helpful in showing around the required accessories, and she not only answered patiently to all my queries but also gave me few tips how to take care of the bike. Steph and the build team were incredibly polite and helpful. Took on board my needs and had a professional approach with a no pressure attitude. The bike I purchased was literally pulled off the rack and straight to the build team where I had my accessories installed. In a matter of minutes I was riding straight out the door. Will be the place I go back for everything I'll need for my future biking needs. Good work Trek and it's team!

Was struggling to index the rear derailleur after changing a gear cable so I phoned up and took my bike in. The mechanic gave me a tutorial and quickly figured out and solved the issues. He spent about 25mins going through it and didn’t charge a penny. Very kind and knowledgeable indeed. thanks.

Popped in last night right before closing time and both Steff and Matt could not have been more helpful! They were friendly, but all means could have told me they were closing but they soll were bhonestly so accommodating and lovely that I won't go anywhere else now.
I left walking out with exactly what I needed (when I didn't really know what I needed) and it was no trouble for them.
