The service I received from Stef at the Whitfords store was outstanding! I took my bike in for new tubes and a tyre and Stef advised me that my bike is two sizes too big for me. She replaced my two tubes and a new tyre while I waited and then sourced me the right size bike. Stef had the bike delivered to the store by the next morning so I could take it for a ride. It was a perfect fit and I purchased the bike and took it home. Stef was super friendly, knowledgeable and gave me some very helpful advice. I am super happy with my new bike and can’t wait to go for a long ride :-) I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new bike to go and see Stef and Whitfords.

I have been looking at A Townie Electric bike in lime green in the window for about 6 weeks. Today I plucked up the courage to take the bike for a trial ride along the coast and I fell in love with the bike❤️. Changing gears is a breeze and the electric motor is awesome. A big thankyou to amazing Staff!!! My new push bike is the best. Managed to buy everything on sale today. What a blessing including bike, helmet, padlock, water bottle holder and carry basket. Thankyou once again &

Today we went to Trek Whitfords to get our bike tyre fixed not knowing much about bikes and Brodie was so helpful. He explained everything about bike, changed our bike tyre and showed us how to do. Very happy with the service today.

Phoned to book in a service for my son's bike and the staff were able to book me in straight away. The bike was ready to pick up less than 24 hours later. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Got a new rear mtb rim for my bike, paid $220 odd (okay they didnt force me to go in there), but then i asked if they could change a rear derailleur cable (external) for me as well & the mechanic suggested i get the whole bike serviced ($179) then he'd do the cable change. Lucky i refused, because i went to CycleCityJoondalup & they did it for $28 while i waited (10mins). Living only metres from this place, i really wanted to like them, but now i know why people in the know steer clear of "cycling superstores" they're really only good for buying new bikes from, you'd be a sucker to go there for parts, repairs or servicing. Try hard enough & u might just get lucky with a small family owned bike shop.

Bought a good bike from them. All good so far. But looks like the 1 year "free service" is not really a service. Just a quick clean up ? Correct me if I'm wrong. Anyway just be wary expecting a "comprehensive free service" after 12 months.

I must say disappointed in the lecture I received from the young man regarding his opinion on electric bike kits and how he had nothing in his shop to suit. He was dismissive and arrogant in his manner. Would not recommend Trek Whitfords. I appreciate he has his opinion but if you want to sell bikes then keep them to yourself.

Could not leave my push bike here for servicing because the 2 staff members who spoke to me has absolutely no clue what they were talking about. 1 bloke said it's got a throttle like a motorbike and exceeds the maximum 25km allowed for a electric bike by law which it does not. They have never seen or heard of the quality Italian brand Bennelli and stated that they can only source generic brands in parts such as Kmart, BigW & other China products. The main service tech didn't have a clue as to what to do for a simple service and tyre replacement and all I got was a long list of what they couldn't do not what they could. The final straw came when they couldn't even read the make and model printed in big letters on the frame and told me for the 6th time that if the electric motor propelled the bike at over 25km/h they couldn't work on it. - this was after I showed them both maximum & average speeds plus total km on the odometer which are all recorded on the digital display. No wonder this shop is always empty- expect it will remain that way. Of the 2 staff members i spoke to last night neither had a clue. 1 of them reminded me very much of the character Cletus from the Simpson's except not as smart. My advice - don't waste your time with TREK in Whitfords, it's not even a iny bit as good as Georges used to be. 1 star is 3 too many for the service and customer service that this TREK store provides.
