Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recommended for anyone looking for a new bike. Sadly they did not have the bike I wanted in stock, but they were accommodating and ordered one in for me, told me what day it is likely to arrive and said they'd inform me when it arrives.

I had a great experience of MTB riding with Route. We went to Wangbang Mountain and it was really fun! It was tough, of course, but Mr. Jang led us to feel comfortable and worth riding. It was quite an experience that I've never felt before as I ride road bikes. I truly recommend MTB riding with Route to whom are interested in MTB.

When I went to there to fix my Time Trial bike, the shop found important issues on my bike and fixed 100% so I could finish Triathlon race with good record. Sometimes, I'd experienced BBQ party there. It was fun and great culture. Accessories are also great! I bought Ion 800 front light, Flare R rear light, R3 and R4 tires. I satisfy with all the purchases and their after services on thoes.

Route Bike is the best bike shop in Seoul indubitably. The shop provides all types of bikes such as road, MTB, fitness and kids. The owner, Jun, has good skills of riding, especially for MTB and he speaks in English fluently. The owner and staffs are professional and very friendly. I recommend this shop If you find a store best ever in Korea.

Trek Concept Store called Route Bicycle. The best service in town bar none! The owner/manager Jun (JJ) is a former Korea National Team coach/mechanic. They offer best membership benefit program north of the river. Largest selection of Trek bikes in all categories. The owner speaks fluent English. Best to call and make appointment with the owner (since the other staff are not fluent in English at all). Great service and the only store in Seoul where the owner speaks fluent English!
There is a weekly Road bike/ cycle riding along the Han River path, and the store/staff are friendly to newcomers as well. I attended one of their mountain bike clinic (MTB for Dummies) and it was awesome!

Great flagship store for Trek. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating (Jun & Jon). Lots of items to choose from, if not available they will order it. Great mechanic as well, thank you for the super service.
