Absolutely fantastic - easily the best camping and outdoor store in Cairns , been dealing with these guys for years, and every time they remember my little white dog River and make us welcome:)
Warranty and returns was seamless and so easy - if you need advice without the bs , whether your a weekend camper or a long term tourer , pop in and talk to Leonard, Masa and the team there - first class service and knowledge :)

We were only after a key ring LED torch which we had purchased in the past and needed another one.
The young salesman was extremely helpful, polite and friendly!! He gave us some advice about another option, explaining all the differences.
When we walked out, my elderly mum was so happy about the competence and friendliness of this staff member. He had made her day!!

Visited the Cairns store on two separate occasions and the service was second to none. All three staff members I spoke with were helpful and honest- doing their best to provide the most suitable solution to my problems and not just trying to sell. Further to this, I was also referred to a reputable fitter to assist with repairing the awning and fixing the damage to our roller tonneau. Travelling through and being on a tight time frame, the service was appreciated even more. I went to at least 7 other stores on the same day and by far, found the best service here. Thank you!!!!!
