I ordered a 1911 blue line OWB holster. It took a while to get here but it was well worth the wait. Beautiful finish, well made, supreme stitching, and fast to draw, very concealable and functional. Easy to break in and a perfect fit. I have over 15 1911 holsters, and I have to say, this one is the best. Very sturdy and will last for years to come. Their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Ordered the Rick Grimes holster WD01 in Mahogany brown and wow!! Amazing craftsmanship on this holster. As soon as i got it out of the package i could see the skill and quiality of the holster. I originally got it so i could use it along with a compensator and optic, Got a call asking for measurements to aid in making the holster work. Sadly it did not fit with the comp even with measurements given nor the optic. I dont care one bit, reverted the revolver back to original configuration, holster this well made is going to be used well at work. Put the optic on something else and have the comp for sale HAHA. Debating ordering a second holster in black now for my blued 6 inch Python. Thank you everyone at Mernickle Holsters.

I shot in the Tombstone State shoot and was using a canvas shotgun belt. I was advised by several people to use a Mernickle belt, because I was having a lot of trouble with the canvas one. I switched and absolutely fell in love with it. I had it for about 8 months and noticed the leather was cracking. I emailed them and asked how I can repair or stop the spread of the crack. At which point they told me to send it back and they replaced my belt for free. I’ve been sending all my family and friends to them for new rigs and belts. They are a fantastic company and fellow SASS members.

I highly recommend the Single Action Dual Position holster for comfortable, concealed carry. I also own holsters from Mitch Rosen, Milt Sparks and El Paso Saddlery. I'd normally expect to pay twice the amount Mernicle charges for this level of workmanship and style. The pistol rides snug without any need of a retention strap, but the draw is very fast and super smooth. Great holster for your Colt SAA or Ruger Vaquero.
