Super happy with the whole experience of needing a frame replacement on my Project One 2020 DOMANE that had a frame defect impacting the front Isospeed assembly. David worked with Trek, who, to their credit, backed up the product warranty fully, providing a newest Gen4, 800 Series carbon frame, now over a pound lighter (without front Isospeed,) and I only paid for some parts replacements that I chose to include due to over 33,000 miles of fun on them! The entire experience couldn't have been handled any better, in my opinion, by both Trek Roanoke and Trek USA. The new bike is QUIET again, and the Purple Phase color is GORGEOUS!
