Highly recommend this bike shop. They have been helpful servicing our Trek bikes. We also purchased new E-bikes here and find every staff member we have talked to was knowledgeable and friendly.

Huge thanks and thumbs up. The previous reviews arent wrong. While doing the florida coast to coast trail i was having issues with shifting through gears. Shop is located adjacent to the trail and is as convenient as it gets. Explained my situated and without hesitation the guy who helped me (sorry didn't get his name) put my bike on the rack and adjusted my rear derailleur. Declined payment and told me to go out and ride. This is what a makes a great bike shop. Highly recommend Thanks again.

I traveled from the Florida Mall area in Central Florida all the way to the shop due to an accident I had on my bicycle on March 23. The front of my bicycle tire fell off. I flipped, scraped up my arms. It was a disaster when I came to the shop, I did not know what to expect as it was the very next day and I still had my wounds healing. I asked a young lady named Natalie and told her what happened. She told me she would take care of me this is one of two bike shops. I believe in the metro area that were available. She came back within 15 minutes with the pieces that I needed for my bicycle. Let me tell you it is my only form of transportation, and I’m so thankful to have met her and to be in this establishment because they took care of me and this is the best Customer Service I have felt in a very long time. I’m very thankful for this place. I will recommend them forever. You have a lifetime customer. thank you.
