I have a Trek bike. I always bring it to the Trek shop service is wonderful. I always feel it’s about the customer not necessarily about an up sale.

I've had the opportunity to have their service department work on my bikes and they have done a great job with good pricing and communication.
They were even willing to use parts that I sourced on my own and on brands that they don't carry, i.e. Canyon. They are friendly and are open later in the day and on weekends.
I'm happy to continue using and recommending them.
