Very competitive rates! It's a legitimate company that matches you to an insurance company that fits your needs. Customer service was "iffy" at first (not friendly at all!l. I wasn't sure of the process which made the conversation a bit awkward. But once I called a few more times to finalize my numbers, customer service became friendlier.
