I changed from my previous website provider to Car Dealer 5 for several reasons. Initially I was looking to upgrade and when I compared my current provider's package to Car Dealer 5 the cost difference was almost half. After making an online enquiry I was followed up with an email immediately and subsequent phone call from a senior staff member who knew their product and what a car dealer wants from a website. Options were discussed and a package agreed that suited my needs and I could have the website live pretty much as soon as a few forms were completed. Within a few hours of my old provider transferring my domain my slick new site was on the internet. It's modern and easy to amend either myself or an online request that is always answered promptly. Overall highly recommended for cost, quality and service.

I am a bit lazy leaving reviews but got to give David and Car Dealer 5 a top review. From the get go they have been good news and easy to deal with. I have just moved premises and needed a domain and address change. It’s a very busy time with these changes but David and the team squared everything off straight away. To be honest lots of companies service leaves a lot to be desired at the moment, staff shortages, working from home, who knows, all seems a bit broken so to get this high level of service is a very welcome change. We've recently upgraded our website, combining our repair/service/MOT side of the garage with a more interactive used car sales side of the garage too. We asked for a few bespoke items adding, which were all done to a super high standard with excellent communication. We were very impressed with the speed in both replies and the work done, and they were able to communicate in non technical language which was definitely necessary for us! We feel that we have very good value for money with the website, now that we are able to have our customers apply for finance directly and our stock list is so clear and inviting now too.
