4 years agoI’d highly recommend Car Dealer 5 to anyone in the motor trade looking to make sure they have a high quality online presence. Their sites look great, are easy to navigate and sync effortlessly with Dealer Portal, saving me lots of time without the need to be tied to Autotrader and one of their overpriced and outdated websites. David and Adrian were brilliant throughout the whole process, always available or incredibly quick to call back, nothing was too much trouble and they kept the whole process refreshingly straightforward. 4 years agoFrom initial set up to ongoing maintenance and changes we have requested nothing has been too much trouble for the Car Dealer 5 technical department. You are in complete control over your own website, with real time changes and automatic uploading to other sites, but if you come across something that requires some help then you can talk to real people, people who understand the specific demands of the car business and who are happy to help. These strange Covid 19 led times have required changes to the way many of us do business, but each and every request we have made has been dealt with promptly and to our complete satisfaction. If you're thinking of a change give them a try. They are a professional but human setup, you won't be disappointed...

4 years agoWe used to have our website with one of their competitor, from start to end it was absolutely terrible. The saving grace, Car Dealer 5. Definitely saved the day offering a stylish and High Converting Website and helping with the change over period when the others wouldn't answer or change the IPS Tags... Will 1000% tell other dealers about Car Dealer 5!!! Ps the other company sounded like darkwood (USE CAR DEALER 5 & SAVE YOUR SELF TIME AND MONEY). The Carsite London

4 years agoGreat Service from CAR DEALER 5 and a more value from what we paid before for more or less the same website. Staff very helpful and friendly. Help is available all the time and quick response to any query I have. I must mention David who was my initial contact when I joined, extremely helpful and professional every time I called for help. Highly recommended.

4 years agoVery pleased to have moved to CD5 David has been great from the off and its great value for money. Support ticket system is brilliant and they are VERY quick to sort any changes etc! Highly recommend to all car dealers!

4 years agoWe started using Cardear5 about 4/5 months ago to build and host our website, the guys have all been fantastic, they have have built the website to look just how we asked. They are really quick and efficient in replying to any questions or queries we have have, nothing is to much trouble. So glad we chose Cardealer5 and we would defiantly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys

4 years agoSwitched to CarDealer5 for a more professional website and cannot complain. We did have some hiccups regarding connnectiity on my side as im not very good with computers but they talked me through absolutely everything and got me through it. Great Team, always return calls and extremely helpful. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.

4 years agoDavid and all the team at Car Dealer 5 were fantastic. I chose one of the "Super" packages as I felt that it best fit my size dealership, although I was tempted by one of the "Symphony" packages for the little extra cost. Not only was the website up and running within hours it looked great and the uploading of stock etc was extremely simple to use. I wanted a few changes making which were carried out extremely quickly and proficiently. Would definitely recommend these guys to other dealerships. Thank you to all at Car dealer 5. Lee

4 years agoExcellent company with a fantastic range of options for all. Communication is excellent and listening to everything we needed rather than just trying to sell the biggest package they could. Very polite and responsive team, any queries we have or problems learning the new system is responded to within 5 minutes and resolved immediately, even on the weekend when they are closed! Highly recommend to anyone, well worth getting in touch just to see what they can offer you.
