I initially had a positive experience with Car Dealer 5's basic package; it performed as promised. However, as my car sales increased, I realised I needed a dealer management system to manage invoicing and expenses. Car Dealer 5 does provide a DMS in their upgraded packages, but it is completely ineffective. It is riddled with bugs; some days, I couldn't log in at all, and on other days, the VAT margin scheme values were incorrect, which is a significant issue—thankfully, I was double-checking the figures! In general, the basic website package is acceptable, but I've spent countless hours entering data into a DMS that only functions intermittently. When you have a hectic schedule and finally find 30 minutes to sit at the computer to enter your data, only to discover the website is down, it's incredibly frustrating. You can't call tech support; you can only call the sales team, which is quite convenient for them. The only way to report an issue is by submitting a ticket, leading to a time-consuming back-and-forth that could easily be resolved with a quick two-minute phone call. In summary, the adage 'buy cheap, buy twice' holds true here; it's inexpensive for a reason, and that reason is its lack of quality.

Adrian Pearce who claimed to be The Managing Director had an appalling attitude wasn’t interested in our business because he already has 3000 customers??! He clearly was having a bad day and took it out on me. All our calls are recorded so if this bad review is not responded to a Satisfactory manner we will be posting up the phone call on YouTube and other platforms will not judge the whole company based on this one chap but not happy!
