I brought in a used, high-end bike I had purchased on eBay I didn't know what kind of shape it was in terms of maintenance, safety, and reliability Colton provided excellent service! He was a great communicator and kept me in the loop about the process. The shop helped put together the bike after I received it, went through it from top to bottom and found some maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. They made the bike essentially like a new bike for me. When I arrived there, he spent a lot of time going through it and had me test drive it and he made some additional adjustments to make sure everything was perfect. It was such a great experience that I purchase some additional accessories on the spot and want to come back to the store and buy more products. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else after The great experience Colton provided.!
