I had a fantastic experience with your shop. I brought in a used, high-end bike I had purchased on eBay I didn't know what kind of shape it was in terms of maintenance, safety, and reliability Colton provided excellent service! He was a great communicator and kept me in the loop about the process. The shop helped put together the bike after I received it, went through it from top to bottom and found some maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. They made the bike essentially like a new bike for me. When I arrived there, he spent a lot of time going through it and had me test drive it and he made some additional adjustments to make sure everything was perfect. It was such a great experience that I purchase some additional accessories on the spot and want to come back to the store and buy more products. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else after The great experience Colton provided.!

This place is amazing. Fast, knowledgeable service at reasonable prices. The folks here are so helpful and always help educate me. I love that they don’t try to upsell you. If they feel you can wait on things, they’ll tell you, and if they feel you really shouldn’t wait they’ll let you know. Definitely appreciate that!

Natalie was a friendly ambassador from the minute we walked in the door. We tried to”resurrect” two old hand-me-down bikes so my granddaughter could have her first bike and with training wheels. Trek staff went over and above any expectations to do everything in their power to make this happen and when we figured out it was never going to work, Natalie introduced us to the Trek bikes and policies. On a VERY busy, beautiful sunny Friday, the staff at Trek Bike Shop made room in their packed schedule to make my granddaughter’s dream of her first bike a reality. After working with Natalie, Nana (grandmother) ended up getting a brand new bike with training wheels just in time for her granddaughter’s 8th birthday. AND her 12 year old sister, who had never had her own brand new bike, was outfitted as well. Clearly, the entire staff at Trek Bike Shop care and they make dreams come true. So grateful for a local business that we will be able to return to for years to come.

My experience with the staff has always been top-notch. They are extremely knowledgeable, personable, and consistently able to answer any questions I have, whether on the phone or in person.
