I had a problem finding the right tool for the job
I had bought 2 but non of them did the job to remove my crank
I spoke to Alice who discussed it with the team at the Shrewsbury store and true to her word called my back within ten minutes to advice of the correct tool with details and a photograph sent to my email.
So I couldn’t go wrong.. correct tool.. ten minute job.

I went in the Trek Shop in Shrewsbury, just to look around and I ended up purchasing a Domane a pedal assisted e bike. The sales person Will Griffiths was really professional and he talked about the bike and all of the features. He also help me with all of the accessories that I need and I had the fitted to the bike in store. I was really overwhelmed with all of the service that I was given. I visited the Shrewsbury store and enquired abut a bike purchase. The manager was very knowledgeable and suggested I try a bike he felt would be suitable. I was given a short chat about the bike and told when the store closing time was and asked to return it by then. In other words, I had the bike to try for three hours brilliant! The bike clicked with me straight away. I ordered and paid for the bike there and then.
I was kept informed at least once a week of the progress of the bikes build by a very pleasant lady over the phone who also answered all my questions with patience and humour.
It was delivered on time by the manager to my door. A round trip for him of around 60 miles. The cost of delivery was £NIL. Excellent service.
The bike was an E-MTB Firefly 6th Gen costing £5,250. Money well spent.

I have just purchased a Trek Duel sport 3 Gen 5 from Shrewsbury Trek Centre. There were a few issues that were my fault, even so they put everything right without quibble. I initially dealt with Peter, then Will and Alice. Customer service was fantastic, very few places give as good service as this, a massive thank you to you all. I've always bought Trek bikes but this was the first time going in to a shop and I'm glad I did.The team in Shrewsbury were outstanding. We were stuck between two bikes for my son and they ordered both in to store so we could see them and he could ride them, there was never any pressure to buy anything and we ended up leaving with a cracking deal and one happy lad. We also got my wife her first Trek a sturdy Marlin 5 which for the money has some great kit on it. Again the Shrewsbury team especially Will offered there expertise and helped us get the right bikes. We will definitly be back in store for my daughter and when we need upgrades
