My son and I were visiting family in Shrewsbury and I’d contacted the shop about the possibility of my son joining the weekly MTB ride out in Shropshire in order to keep on top of his training. Maneth was extremely helpful and got my son all sorted with bike hire and there was constant communication before our arrival. When we got to the shop the bike had been prepared to spec and Pete and all the team were so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and made my son feel at home. They all went truly above and beyond for my son and he had an absolutely fab experience with them and the group of MTBrs. I can’t thank them enough and he’s already said he wants to join them again next time we’re back.

From initial discussions with Fred about anything from bikes to surfing, and ordering the bikes from Pete who thoroughly explained the spec, sizing, accessories and ordering process. I had a small issue on collection which needed to go back to the workshop for adjustment, but Pete couldn’t have been more prompt and genuinely committed to resolving, 5 star service received. I was pleased to experience the same level of service in aftercare as I had with the initial sale. These guys certainly take a great deal of pride in the work they do. Thanks to the workshop and all who I’ve spoken to and have helped with my order. I wouldn’t have any hesitation in placing my trust again in Trek Bicycle Shrewsbury store, and particularly appreciate the support post sales. Bought a Diamant Suvea Style 800 in November 2025 after a few visits in the shop I previously had a Raleigh Centros Low Step and found it difficult to remember to change gear before a hill or starting off. I went into the shop with my Son-in-Law who has worked on electric bikes for over 12 years and checked out all the bikes etc and he recommended the hub gear as it would be a lot easier to ride so after careful consideration and speaking to Pete in the shop I decided to go for the Suvea although it was more than I really wanted to spend £5500 and with the extras that Pete sorted out for me and also his good advice I went ahead On reflection it was a good decision as have found it far superior than the Raleigh and all components of a better quality. So far I have found it a lot easier to ride and with the hub gear a lot easier to start off especially in the auto mode and the back up service from the trek shop in Shrewsbury is great answering any questions I have so a happy customer all round and would recommend trek to all my friends Thank You
