Popped in yesterday with a broken rear derailleur hanger, broken mech itself and snapped chain.
Left with new parts satisfied
The chap in the workshop took time out of his day to inspect the broken bits I had brought in. After looking at them for all of 0.2 seconds he trundled off to his big box of smaller boxes, out pops another smaller box. There low and behold all the parts I required, he explained in layman's terms how to fit, fiddle and tune them - top man

I had a problem finding the right tool for the job
I had bought 2 but non of them did the job to remove my crank
I spoke to Alice who discussed it with the team at the Shrewsbury store and true to her word called my back within ten minutes to advice of the correct tool with details and a photograph sent to my email.
So I couldn’t go wrong.. correct tool.. ten minute job.

I went in the Trek Shop in Shrewsbury, just to look around and I ended up purchasing a Domane a pedal assisted e bike. The sales person Will Griffiths was really professional and he talked about the bike and all of the features. He also help me with all of the accessories that I need and I had the fitted to the bike in store. I was really overwhelmed with all of the service that I was given.
