The quality and attention to detail on the build have been incredible, and the bike really is a work of art! Oh and it rides rather well too! Finally decided to retire my trusty Cannondale SuperSix Evo Red after 7 years service and took a trip over to the Shrewsbury store after visiting my local Trek dealership. The selection of bikes and clothing on display leaves you spoilt for choice! I've always suffered discomfort on my previous bikes so decided to have a precision fit - great experience and Fred is a great chap, explained everything clearly and set my Cannondale up as per the fit to see how I got on with it. A few seemingly small adjustments made a world of difference! I initially thought of going for an Emonda as I need all the help up the hills as I can. I eventually ended up a Domane SL 7 eTap - it's like riding in an armchair. Super smooth yet still responsive when you want to give it some beans. First bike I've ever owned with discs and electronic shifting - it's the future! A massive thanks to Ewan, Aled and Fred for making the whole experience enjoyable. A great team and a friendly welcome - the coffee's fantastic too! Cheers guys!

Cannot fault the staff in there, they are very helpful and can't do enough for you. Twice I've popped my bike in for small things and they have sorted it there and then.

I rushed into stans the other day explaining i had an appointment in town and had forgotten my cycle lock in the rush-could i buy one from them?,the man behind the desk replied,no need,we will look after your bike for you.True to their word they did,i cannot imagine many places that would do this when you havent even made a purchase,i cannot recommend highly enough.

I always go to Stan's. They are really friendly and knowledgeable and also informative. I always learn something when I go there and they don't make feel like an idiot even though I am one. I usually get a service or new components fitting but today I just popped in to get a pedal loosened and they did it gratis. Thanks folks!

I was fitted for a new helmet and again expert advice. The bike is excellent and I fully recommend that anyone needing a new bicycle go to the Trek store in Shrewsbury.
