I always go to Stan's. They are really friendly and knowledgeable and also informative. I always learn something when I go there and they don't make feel like an idiot even though I am one. I usually get a service or new components fitting but today I just popped in to get a pedal loosened and they did it gratis. Thanks folks!

Excellent service from the guys at the shop Lee and Ewan. They know what they are talking about and I feel they fully informed me of everything I need to know about my new e-bike. I was fitted for a new helmet and again expert advice. The bike is excellent and I fully recommend that anyone needing a new bicycle go to the Trek store in Shrewsbury.

Could not reccomend enough! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the whole process of buying new bikes. Having the demo bikes to trail over a weekend is an amazing idea. Jenny managed to source the last bike in the country for me in my size and delivered it along with my girlfriends new bike to Northamptonshire. Simon from the workshop was then more than helpful over the phone with the technical questions I had. Very happy with the service and will definitely be popping in next time I'm in Shrewsbury! Thanks again.

Had a frame replacement and got the 2019 Emonda SL, an incredibly stunning frameset and a significant upgrade on the frame I started out with. Not all the components would transfer over but Trek covered the cost of new ones and with expensive top line products too. Bike was assembled quickly; from taking the damaged bike in to getting a new bike was a little over a week; amazing. The service I received from Trek and my local dealer (Shrewsbury) was exceptional. The whole process was handled efficiently and painlessly and the end result is a very satisfied customer. It's nice when the frame warranty commitment is honoured, because this is a solid reason for buying Trek, it gives you a certain peace of mind. I will be a Trek customer for life. Thanks to everybody. I also like Trek for the Duotrap integration, a seamless and very efficient method that works 100% of the time. Not like strap-on sensors that can come out of alignment. Additionally, Trek are an innovative company that are not afraid to experiment and challenge the accepted notions of bike design and construction.
