love my trek cyclocross from you.. only issue is your parking.. and the rear mudguard you fitted is not a cyclcross one so it doesnt fit right , only came with two brackets so it shook around, and I needed to improvise by making a third bracket for mudguard.. this has been the only pain. Customer service and care was fine, and I was allowed to do a road test on the bike with a member of staff.. all in all good service from Stan Jones

Take in a freshly powder coated frame with not a mark on it for BB installation, leave with scratched and damaged frame after parting with cash. Rude, unhelpful and argumentative when questioned - all it would have taken was an apology? Avoid.

The staff are great. This low score is nothing to do with the store. I arranged a visit to view the FX3 hybrid bike . I was so disappointed with the build quality of this bike . The frame welding is awful, the whole bike looked cheap. The assistant told me the FX3 are built in China and not built in Taiwan. I'm sorry to say it shows. I didn't buy the bike . What a shame as I regard Trek to be a quality bike . I respect the sales team honestly.

Not a great experience at this shop at all! I went in with my two children to purchase 2 tubeless tyres for my mtb and was ignored by all members of staff at the front till, I then went down to the workshop and waited by that till as I could see my tyres on the counter. A guy eventually arrived and handed me two boxes and told me to go to the other end of the shop to pay for them, I will add at this point I had my 1 year old son in my arms and really struggled to carry everything to the other end of the shop! Where we stood for at least another 10 minutes waiting to be served. I got home and fitted both tyres, one of them didn’t seat in the bead properly so I called up the shop to ask if they could just blast some air into the tyre to seat it for me and the guy said yes of course it will cost you £10! That seems a bit of a joke to say I had spent around £70 in there and now they want to charge me for some air which would take around 4 seconds to do! So I called Dave Mellor cycles to seek advice and they said they would do it for me for free. Overall very poor customer service and very rude and ignorant staff! They have also done themselves out of a sale of a £550 trek mtb my son wanted for his birthday coming up. Looks like we will be going to Dave Mellors for that too.
