I've always liked Trek bikes. I had my first Roscoe 7 in 2020 so I wanted another as the opportunity arose. It wasn't so difficult this time actually getting a bike. So I ventured to Trek Shrewsbury... Spoke to Will on the phone. Told him I was on my way and said he'd do his very best to sort out what I wanted. Arrived at the store... spoke to him again. He was polite, courteous and well versed in his knowledge. I asked him some questions and he gave me some vital information. Really went out of his way to help me out. With the transaction completed, it required tubeless setting up, so I wondered round Shrewsbury for a bit. Came back later and everything was ready. I had some difficulty with the saris bone bike rack as I've never set it up on this car before. Will continued to help me, put the bike in the bike rack the best way possible, provided some foam and cables ties to prevent swaying and damage to my car. Honestly... the best customer service I've received for a long time. Will had knowledge, time and patience to assist me as much as possible. I have no problems shopping there again. Much appreciated Will and to all the team at Trek Shrewsbury.

Great staff at the Shrewsbury store, Simon was very patient and spent time explaining the various models which were suitable for my intended usage. I was lucky enough to rent a power fly whilst on holiday which confirmed my choice. I again contacted Simon who sourced my bike and contacted me when it was in stock (1 week) . The handover was undertaken by Will who again was great again explained everything and made sure the bike was set up for my height and weight. Really excellent customer service highly recommend this store and great bike
