Trek came to the sports village and I had purchased a new bike for my son for his birthday and it wasn't made up. I didn't have a clue where to start and I took the bike to trek and they had made it up great quality sturdy within 40mins. Wonderful service!!!

We had a great experience with Trek Shrewsbury. We travelled from Derby as it was the closest store that did the bike I really wanted in the colour I wanted, in stock, unfortunately when we arrived the bike was slightly scratched in a couple of visible places which was disappointing having travelled so far, however the Manager there was brilliant, he went out of his way to arrange for a brand new bike to be made up at another store for us to collect the same day, this did mean travelling more than the same distance again but we were compensated for this, great customer service, especially as I'm never one to complain. I really love my new bike and wouldn't hesitate to shop here or recommend to a friend, thank you Trek Shrewsbury :-)
