On a recent cycle trip to Wales I called into this Trek shop with some bike issues.
The staff could not have been more helpful, they sorted my bike out(due to an excellent mechanic) within a few minutes. While I waited I was given a cup of coffee.
I recommend this sore to anyone.

The Trek bike store in Shrewsbury offered great advice, plus had a very nice and wide range of bikes. We went in there to look, but bought a bike in our first visit and are likely to buy two more next week! The Trek range of bikes are really good, plenty of models and budgets, plus great colour choices. Highly recommended

We have been buying our cycles and their maintenance from Stan Jones, now Trek Bicycle Shrewsbury, since 1978, and never found reason to look elsewhere for better service.
Over the years (and through two changes of premises) Stan's / Trek has remained a relatively small 'family' shop giving friendly, personal and helpful service. The present Trek shop is well stocked and caters for all pockets and cycle types, and a reasonable range of accessories. The cycle service / maintenance department is efficient and fairly priced.

There’s a reason why they are the highest rated bike shop in Shrewsbury.
The staff are very friendly and know a lot about bikes.
When you go to purchase a bike from them your not rushed in anyway they want to help you find the bike that’s right for you.
There bikes can be somewhat expensive but you get what you pay for.
When you buy a bike from Trek your not just paying for the quality of the bike your paying for the outstanding customer service.
Overall I definitely recommend them.

My bike was a little worse for wear. I tell people it was because I used to live in a 1-bedroom flat with no garage so my ability to maintain it was somewhat limited - but that's a weak excuse! Anyway, after noticing a bulge in one of my tyres, I decided to drive ~ an hour to my nearest Trek dealers. They were professional, gave me great guidance, provided me a reasonable quote and had a really quick turnaround on the work required, meaning I could get back out on my bike as soon as possible. All in all, a very good experience and well worth the journey! Smiles all round!
