Clean and professional bike shop with plenty of space inside. Was able to arrange an appointment online to talk directly to a machanic, who knew my name walking through the door.
Was given time to explain issues with my bike. They did a fantastic job, especially since parts have been scarce recently, got the bike back in excellent condition and it was a joy to ride it again. Set the expectation well from the start, kept their promises and bike was collected on time.
Staff where knowledgeable, helpful and very happy to support, didn't arrive a loyal customer but will retain my business. When collecting the bike they took the time to walk me through the work done.
Had time for a conversation over new bikes and while stock isn't the best at the moment anywhere in the country they were happy to talk and explain everything. Very helpful and look forward to coming again

Very helpful staff who take the time to work out what bike you need then recommend the bike that is right for you, not just the one they have available! I took a friend to them and I was so impressed to see the whole process from beginning to end, the advice they gave was excellent and my friend left the store with everything they needed and a few months on he absolutely loves his bike. Definitely recommended giving them a try along with Dave Mellor Cycles and Trailhead, if your budget is on the smaller side try Rob Buckley or Urban Bikes in the market hall - they're all worth a visit!
