Very helpful staff who take the time to work out what bike you need then recommend the bike that is right for you, not just the one they have available! I took a friend to them and I was so impressed to see the whole process from beginning to end, the advice they gave was excellent and my friend left the store with everything they needed and a few months on he absolutely loves his bike. Definitely recommended giving them a try along with Dave Mellor Cycles and Trailhead, if your budget is on the smaller side try Rob Buckley or Urban Bikes in the market hall - they're all worth a visit!

I had a problem with my new trek bike which was of my making (not a bike quality issue) and the response to 'my problem' was fantastic at this shop. I've purchased two bikes from Trek Shrewsbury this year, the second being the more challenging due to the boom in cycle sales due to Corvid and the subsequent limitations on stock. It’s taken to now to write this review, I have problems with my Trek After it fell and damaged the gears, they give me first class advice and help, although they could not supply the part required they fitted it for me when I located the part abroad, they kept me informed at every stage, the service was first class I had never used the shop or service’s before but I would recommend them to everyone and I can’t wait to visit them again in the future to buy some more kit and a bike for my wife, thanks again for a first class service off everyone I dealt with thank you

Fantastic service from Ewan as always. Sourced a bike for my wife from very limited stocks during lockdown. It was a surprise birthday treat and Ewan was always very careful when phoning me with updates to make sure she was out of earshot! When my own pre-ordered Domane SL6 came into store and I noticed a couple of minor flaws in the finish, Ewan was straight on the phone to get me a brand new replacement which I await with excitement.
Thoroughly professional socially-distant service in-store which doesn't in any way detract from the buying experience. I can't recommend enough.
