Dr. Doran recently performed back surgery on me. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure. At my follow-up appointment he Answered any questions or concerns I might have had. Explained meds that would be a better choice for any discomfort I was having as my back continues to heal which I appreciated. Offered more therapy if I wished to do that also. Great follow-up visit. I had a very positive experience with their office and Dr. Doran. I was able to get an appointment within 4 days of calling. The office was busy but everything was run very efficiently and I didn't have to wait long. I’m dealing with trigeminal neuralgia and during my appointment Dr. Doran really listened to my concerns and was very compassionate. I’ve been dealing with this condition for 9 years and he gave me more hope than I’ve ever had. He ended up referring me to another doctor within the office he believes may be able to help me better, which I thought was very thoughtful and professional. Overall Dr. Doran was incredibly pleasant and made the visit a great experience. While I’m a little bummed that he won’t be my ongoing doctor, I have confidence Dr. Gard will be just as great! I’m looking forward to my next appointment with Dr. Gard and continuing to move forward with treatment.

I had to get xrays first and got in right away. I was early for my appt with Dr Doran but didn't have to wait very long in waiting room. After getting to a room it wasn't very long before Dr Doran came in. He actually listened to what I had to say and I appreciate that!

From the front desk check in staff , the nurses, Dave Seibolt PA, Dr Stephen Doran and Dr Thomas Brooks. Everyone we encountered was proficient, intelligent and caring. I can not recommend or thank them enough!!!

Not many doctors will even admit if they remembered something differently than actuality, let alone tell you that your recollection was more accurate than their’s was. Well done!

MD West One is the best! I have needed 3 surgical procedures and the doctors at MD West One (Dr. O'Malley and Dr. Doran) provided the very best care. The staff are professional and friendly. I need another knee replacement and will definitely be seeing Dr. O'Malley again.

I got in for my appointment a few minutes ahead of scheduled time. Dr. Doran took the time to listen to my symptoms and ordered tests. Very friendly staff, nurse Lynne was very friendly and made me feel comfortable in the office. I feel comfortable about the plan for tests, then go from there depending on results.

All people were kind and friendly. The PA was very thorough and helpful as was Dr Doran. I felt in good hands.
