Was referred to MD West one from another clinic where I was seen for my hip. I was able to get in right away and was seen by PA Julie and Dr Doran . I really liked them both. Julie took time to listen to my complaints and found cause and the same for Dr Doran. I’ve been to several doctors to try to find the cause of my pain, Vein specialist and hip specialist but I think I may finally get the relief and solution to my issues. I would recommend them both

Dr. Doran and his PA Julie took the time to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions. They were very honest and compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Doran and Julie.

Dr. Doran is an amazing physician, who clearly cares about his patients. His knowledge and experience is reassuring. His terrific bedside manner kept me at ease during a difficult time. His honesty is refreshing. He provided me with valuable information that allowed me to make an educated decision about how to proceed with my healthcare. I would, without hesitation, recommend him. I’m grateful for the care he provided.

I was recently referred to Midwest One Clinic (Dr Doran) by my pain management physician to review my recent MRI & advise as to the ongoing direction for my care plan. I was seen by Dr Doran as well as his PA Julie and given an exam and we discussed my pain and management and ongoing care plan. I was very happy with the level of care I received and Julie, Dr Doran and all of the staff were extremely professional & caring.

I had lumber spine fusion surgery by Dr Doran at Midwest Surgical Hospital. Dr Doran is a very competent and compassionate Doctor. The stay at the hospital was great. I felt so cared for! The nurses were absolutely top notch. They have a chef that prepares very tasty food. If you need Neuro- surgery, you can’t go wrong with the people at MD West One and Dr Doran.

Every one is so nice and very helpful. Dr Doran is the best. He did a fusion on my back and now I feel so much better.

My husband has been living with neck pain for more than a year. Dr. Doran & Julie listened answered very thorough. They put us at ease about the surgery. They were recommended to us and we highly recommend Dr. Doran.

I have been a patient of Dr. Doran and Julie Walsh since 2006. I have many issues and have dealt with lots of doctors. This team is hands down the best doctors I have ever had. I would trust both of them with my life, no hesitation. They are always straight forward and honest with an amazing bedside manner. They have both changed my life in many ways.

After being rear ended on my motorcycle I saw a few doctors, most wanted to preform surgery right away. Dr. Doran had an entirely different approach. He wanted my body to try to heal itself first, then if needed he would do surgery. I did have surgery on my neck and as Dr. Doran suspected, my back healed without surgery. A surgeon that didn't jump on the chance to do surgery, but did it only when it was needed. Great results, thanks Doc!

I had surgery Aug 29th, 2023 from Dr. Doran. I am so blessed to have an awesome, confident neurosurgeon and his staff. I went for my 3 week post-op today. Dr. Doran said I was doing good. To start doing a little more each day, listen to my body, if it hurts, don't do it. I'm so happy with my results, Dr. Doran, his staff & the Midwest Surgical Hospital. I would love for this to be my go to hospital because my experience was wonderful. Thank you Dr. Doran, Julie, Lynn & everyone who assisted along the way. God bless you all!

As always best in the whole State! Receptionist was kind and friendly. Sent me paperwork to fill out ahead of time for the doctor to review before appointment. Dr. Doran read and reviewed my medical records and all known scans images and reports. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Felt at ease and not stressed out in any way.

I saw Dr Doran today, he’s the only neuro guy I see with my complicated issues. He’s highly recommended.
